Quick Update
I haven’t posted in a long time, but I just wanted to give a quick update on what I have been doing. I am currently writing my orals proposal. I have to propose a project that I want to work on to a committee of 4 faculty members. The faculty will then drill me on the proposal and knowledge around the topic. These exams are generally tough and require a lot of preparation. My project deals with drug pharmacology and what can be learned about it given different computational methods. It looks like I will be taking the exam in September, so I should have enough time to get ready.
I have also been working on a manuscript dealing with these sort of issues. It should be interesting to see how the work will be taken. I look forward to getting it out there.
